Burn Permits
Currently burn permits are now required in Elk Bend Fire Protection District from May 10th - October 20th 2025, per the Idaho Department of Lands (excluding campfires). If you are considering burning on your property, please contact Fire Chief Dietzel to get a burn permit 208-894-2200. Burn Permits are FREE and of no cost to you.
